About Dr. Debra Condren
Debra Condren, Ph.D., interviewed 500 women for her book, Ambition Is Not A Dirty Word: A Woman's Guide To Earning Her Worth and Achieving Her Dreams (Random House/Broadway Books). Dr. Condren is a business psychologist, motivational speaker, executive coach and career adviser. She founded the Women's Business Alliance, an organization that has served as a motivational think tank for 3,000 women over thirteen years. The U.S. Small Business Administration recognized her work with a "Women In Business Advocate of the Year.” She is currently interviewing women for her new book, Ambition Is The Best Revenge: For Women Like Us Who've Been There and Back.
Dr. Condren served as an advisory member to an American Psychological Association’s presidential task force on empowering adolescent girls and also served as president of the board of directors of The Just Think Foundation, an organization in the San Francisco Bay Area promoting media literacy in the schools and advocating for positive images of girls and women in the media.
Over fifteen years, Dr. Condren has coached over 2,500 clients—men and women—including: executives of start-ups, small-, mid-, and large-cap companies; professionals focused on performance and career development; small business owners and consultants; budding entrepreneurs; and college-bound students and recent graduates.
